The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Human Resource Business Partner to join our team in Oceania. Ideally we would prefer the successful candidate was located in Sydney. This role is offered on a flexible full-time basis.
Your key responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner by understanding relevant stakeholder aligned HR, business and industry issues and how these apply to your area of responsibility.
  • Work closely with the wider HR team including, HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence to ensure the timely and efficient completion of all required change initiatives and HR processes, such as performance reviews, remuneration reviews and engagement programmes.
  • Efficiently and expertly execute operational activity by monitoring services and providing feedback to continually improve operations.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to manage workforce planning and budgets with a focus on supporting profitable growth.
  • Partner with key stakeholder to manage and execute change management initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to support your stakeholder group and various leaders within your service line.
Skills and attributes for success
  • 8 years plus proven HR Professional/Business partner experience supporting a corporate professional client base.
  • Robust commercial acumen, HR reporting and analytics experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in performance management, employee relations, remuneration review.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in order to gain their trust and confidence in you as a business partner/advisor.
  • Knowledge and confidence to challenge leaders and think outside the square.
  • Ability to work in a virtual teaming and complex stakeholder matrix environment.
