Senior ER/IR Specialist - Sydney ASX Listed Corporate. High performing culture, group level coaching. Your new company
You will be the Employee Relations and IR Specialist for this large and dynamic ASX Listed white collar business. Your new role
Reporting to the HR Director, you will support at group level on all areas of ER/IR, project delivery as well as coach leaders and wider business on all employee matters.
Key focuses will include: you will be the Subject Matter Expert on Industrial Relations; compliance and employment legislation; in depth Modern Award projects; lead and delivery on ER projects across a complex business; review and implement workplace HR policies and processes to ensure best practice at all times. You will be responsible for case management, workplace investigations and mediation on case management, Fairwork mediation and Fairwork commission representation and advise and coach on performance management.
In addition you will work closely with Legal Counsel and any external parties as and when needed and be a key advisor on any restructuring and organisational changes. What you'll need to succeed
You will be degree qualified, and have all the relevant qualification in ER and IR and any exposure or experience in the Legal sector would be of great benefit but not essential, You will have worked in a similar role previously within a large complex organisation be that ASX Listed, Multinational or Global. You will have extensive experience of dealing with workplace issues, performance management, indepth modern award expertise and negotiation and mediation.
Experience on end to end project work including restructures, redundancies and policy development in all areas of Er/IR. You will be a strong communicator, and be experienced and confident working with executives and senior leaders. This role is working for a white collar corporate organisation so experienced in a white collar or blue collar world would be equally suitable. What you'll get in return

Salary is circa 160 - 200K base + super + bonus and employee benefits dependent on experience. Flexible full time hours with a hybrid working model post lockdown and when Sydney opens up.
