Senior Diners Club Relationship Manager
With a rich history dating back to 1950, Citi's Diners Club has amassed a unique and global footprint and is recognized as one of the most successful commercial payments solutions in Australia. This position will be responsible for effectively managing a Relationship Management team and select Government Entities to affect strategic business growth in the Government sector of managed clients.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Lead a professional relationship management team with responsibility for Government clients and oversee the team's performance, including the design and implementation of new sales and portfolio strategies
  • Research, deliver and execute an annual Business Plan for the Government portfolio, in line with the goals and objectives for the Corporate Line of Business and the organisation
  • Responsible for the successful retention and growth of a portfolio of Government accounts
  • Lead the cross sell of Diners Club branded products into the Government portfolio to increase market share and customer loyalty
  • Proactively develop and foster networking relationships with key industry partners and third party suppliers to leverage and deliver enhanced value proposition
  • Be part of and contribute to the Corporate Sales Leadership Team to assist other areas of the business to achieve their objectives
  • Manage, support and drive a sales culture that rewards over achievement and promotes high levels of professionalism

  • Strong knowledge of all Diners Club products, systems and processes
  • Understanding of Government sector/industry
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word/Excel/Outlook/PPT
  • Experience with a CRM database
  • Proven problem solving abilities including negotiation skills
  • Strategic and effective business planning
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise work load
