Senior Change Manager, Group Risk

How will I help?

You will play a critical role to our Risk family by identifying, monitoring and managing a range of risks across our diverse operating environment. We provide leading expert advice and help our business partners make informed decisions. We ensure we have appropriate controls and frameworks in place to protect our business and our customers.

The role is part of the Change Team within Risk Delivery and provide change management to support the project deliver business solutions.

You will identify involved and impacted stakeholders, work closely with project business analysts to ensure all Stakeholders are appropriately identified, needs addressed in proposed delivery plans etc. Also, you will manage ongoing, end to end stakeholder management across enterprise wide implementation involving all brand segments and global jurisdictions

What do I need?

You will be a capable Senior Change practitioner, who can work autonomously on a project. You will have proven experience working within large, and highly complex, enterprise level change initiatives. And, if you've driven change in a true agile environment, that would be great too!
When working for such a large, complex organisation an ability to deal with ambiguity and a changing environment is vital.

We welcome all Postgraduate qualifications (e.g. Postgraduate certificate in Change Management, PROSCI, and Degrees in related fields such as Business, Psychology or HR). A background in management consulting, business management and/or financial services would also serve you well in this role.
