APRA are growing & have an opportunity for a Senior Analyst to join our Supervisory Applications & Solutions (SAS) team in our 1 Martin Place head office.

The Senior Analyst, SAS is responsible for assisting SAS leadership to enhance the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of APRA's Supervision Model.



This will be achieved through delivery of processes, guidance, systems and training to support APRA's supervisory practices and supervisory staff. You will manage projects involving stakeholders from across divisions, to operate independently and, with guidance, identify areas and make recommendations for improvement in the Model and supporting infrastructure, and to suggest and implement solutions. You will also support SAS leadership in their interactions with senior management and governance committees.


As the ideal candidate you will have:

  • Technical experience in design, development and implementation of change programs - including where necessary, systems development.
  • Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders across the organisation and to identify areas for improvement in supervisory practices.
  • Strong organisational, project and stakeholder management skills and ability to deliver change and adapt to changing circumstances and business needs.
  • Well-developed communication skills, with an ability to establish and maintain sound working relationships and to write and present persuasively.
