Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce Administrator - Sydney CBD location - 6 month contract

Our client is a nationally recognised corporate organisation and management consultancy based in Sydney CBD.

Your new role
As Salesforce Administrator you will be joining a global IP and Sales Support team. You will use your experience to help improve Salesforce to automate increased scalability, process innovation, closing gaps and removing overlaps. There are many other ways in which you will take responsibility and improve our impact. Spotting opportunities will be key. Your new role will have six core accountability areas to capture and constantly improve the platform:
  • Understand Salesforce customer requirements to prioritise accordingly
  • Improve, innovate, automate, and scale all Salesforce operation
  • Manage outsourced development and coding to meet requirements
  • Lead user acceptance testing
  • Manage Salesforce system configurations
  • Educate and upskill end users
What you'll need to succeed
  • 3 years' experience in Salesforce administration and oversight
  • Experience working within global professional services environment desirable
  • User requirements definition and some understanding of Salesforce system architecture with an ability to communicate development needs with leadership and developer
  • Be a campion in managing Salesforce requirements and customisations
  • Experience in virtual, international professional environments
  • Enjoy working hands-on and actively engaging to get work completed
What you'll get in return
