Role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Recruiter to join our Sydney team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

This person will be responsible for recruiting a wide range of Sales talent into Salesforce and delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience. Specifically, this role calls for workforce management planning skills in a fast paced, sales driven tech company.

​Responsibilities:
  • Proactively sourcing, recruiting and hiring new candidates for our Asia and ANZ markets
  • Workforce management planning with headcount forecasting
  • Building trust with business leaders through outstanding delivery
  • Successfully deliver on all hiring deadlines as agreed by Finance, Strategy and the Business Operations
  • Personalising the Salesforce story to create compelling reasons for passive candidates to engage with us and explore opportunities
  • Think creatively about recruiting processes and procedures and help build the processes which will support and sustain our growth over the coming years
  • Engaging with the business and current employees to help drive employee referrals
  • Partnering with other departments (Finance, Compensation, Employee Success) as needed, in order to identify areas for improvement with regards to process, contracts, benefits etc.
Required Experience:
  • Full cycle Sales recruiting experience in a fast paced technology environment
  • Proven delivery in managing headcount targets
  • Ability to lead and influence key Senior stakeholders on performance assessment evaluations
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage market data and insights to influence hiring strategies
  • Operating effectiveness: knowing the importance of maintaining ATS and other supporting technologies
