Your new role:
The position of Robotics Process Automation Consultant is required to support the establishment and ultimately growth of KPMG's Robotic Process Automation Centre of Excellence (RPA CoE). The successful candidate will report directly into the Robotics Centre of Excellence (RCoE).
The key elements of this role include;
⦁ Liaise with Business to follow up on submissions for automation opportunities to complete feasibility assessments
⦁ Capture and document for sign off/approval (Process Scope Document - PSD) all requirements and scope for each automation opportunity within each RCoE Work Stream.
⦁ Report on overall Work Streams including detailed updates, risk/issues, lessons learned for all automated processes, process timelines/milestones and any other relevant information.
⦁ Acting as the intermediary between the business (Internal KPMG Australia teams) and the RPA Developers ensuring the automation is delivered on time, within scope and at a high level of quality.
⦁ From time to time assist the RCoE lead to create or develop procedures, processes or governance to support the operation of the RCoE.
You bring to the role:
⦁ Relevant Information Technology qualifications e.g. Bachelors of Computer Science etc. (desirable)
⦁ An understanding Solution Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
⦁ Experience with Project Management methodologies and execution styles (Agile, Waterfall etc.)
⦁ Previous experience with specific RPA products/studios including BluePrism, Automation Anywhere and UiPath is highly desirable but not essential
⦁ Previous RPA SDLC experience is highly desirable but not essential
⦁ Experience in process development and documentation
⦁ Knowledge about machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies is highly desirable
⦁ Wider understanding or experience in financial and accounting processes
