The opportunity

We are looking for a Resource Coordinator within the Assurance team in our Sydney office. This role is offered on a flexible full time basis.

Your key responsibilities
  • Monitor and process planning requests and adjustments submitted by engagement personnel.
  • Analyse and challenge scheduling requests against key engagement metrics and experiences sought by staff to ensure the appropriate allocation of resources.
  • Monitor availability and resolve resourcing conflicts
  • Prepare availability and chargeability reports analysing for inconsistencies, investigating and challenging as necessary.
  • Provide education to client servicing personnel around the resourcing process.
Skills and attributes for success
  • Proficiency in MS applications.
  • Intermediate MS Excel knowledge is a pre-requisite.
Ideally, you'll also have
  • Relevant work experience as a team/administrative assistant.
  • Some experience in planning (resource and/or materials) is ideal but not essential.
  • Experience in information/data analysis.
  • Key interest in resource management framework.
  • Understanding of basic financial measurements relating to resources and engagements including production, utilisation and variances (or a willingness to learn in this area).
