The opportunity

We are looking for a Regional Workplace Manager within our dynamic Workplace & Facilities team in our Sydney office. This role is offered on a flexible full time basis.
Your key responsibilities
  • Manage service delivery of Workplace Services, Reception, Corporate Hospitality, Mailroom, Print Centre and Wellness Centre
  • Support and coach a multi site team
  • Management of the tenancy fitout to maximise full life cycles for all fixtures & fittings, equipment and services. Ensure controls in place to comply with all relevant codes, legislation and Australian standards where applicable
  • Manage building systems, including Security, Building Maintenance & Energy Management system (site dependent)
  • Supplier contract management, including allocated national agreements. Effectively manage suppliers to achieve contracted SLA's and KPI's
  • BCP and Crisis Management - Local office representative for the Crisis Management Team and the Business Continuity Planning
Skills and attributes for success
  • Tertiary Qualifications in a Workplace/Facilities/Property discipline and/or 8+ years' experience in a similar role within a professional services firm or medium to large corporate environment
  • Demonstrated in depth knowledge of software applications - MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • A broad workplace, facilities, operational and property management experience
Ideally, you'll also have
  • Project management capability
  • Can successfully work with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
  • Can successfully manage a team, including coaching and developing them.
