Project Officer

The role;

You will be a Project Officer with Salesforce experience who will support this team and their clients, channel partners and stakeholders to create jobs in regional NSW, promote their brand and meet objectives.

You will be key to assisting this team deliver projects and provide operational support such as CRM tools and reports.

Key accountabilities;

  • Provide project and administrative support, including monitoring and reporting on client activities, entering and maintaining the CRM
  • Assist the team to complete tasks to support the assessment of client applications and supporting client engagement activities, including collating documents and records regarding relevant issues to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved
  • Undertake basic research and analysis in assigned project and client research activities to contribute to the preparation of project briefs to support informed decision making and planning
  • Communicate with clients and relevant stakeholder representatives to provide updates regarding status updates
  • Contribute to the preparation and drafting of presentations and information material and assist with presentations at events
  • Contribute to team activities and act as an initial point of contact and liaison with the team to ensure consistency in messaging
