Your Role
This exciting opportunity will require candidate to

  • Accountable for the delivery of treasury projects to plan, agreed quality standards and agreed budget for the Corporate Liquidity
  • On an average manage around 8 projects at any given time
  • Meticulous monthly financial forecasting and reporting of revenue recognised
  • Managed stakeholder expectation and relationship at the working level
  • Timely engagement in solution selling initiatives to support account management and sales
  • Application of project management processes into the project life cycle; effectively used tools such as the traceability matrix, responsibility assignment matrix and change control processes
  • Accountable for early identification of inter-dependencies, issues and risks in the critical path of the project; proactively ensured corrective measure and appropriate escalation
  • Accurate and timely project status reporting for the working and steering committee members

The successful candidate is expected to have following skills and experience:
  • An IT and/or finance related degree / diploma
  • Experience with financial platform implementation project
  • Strong excel skills specifically using pivots to prepare financial reports
  • Experienced in MS project
  • Financial products knowledge: FX, Treasury, Risk, Hedge Accounting, VaR, Credit Risk, Market Risk
  • Multiple full project life cycle experience (planning, budgeting, delivery)
  • Excellent communication, verbal and written
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills - a collaborative and go-getter attitude
  • Broad awareness of macro-economic and regulatory changes happening across the Financial Services industry and how this will impact our clients
  • Experience in cash and liquidity deployment and exposure to different methodologies and approaches (e.g. PMP, Prince 2, Agile, Waterfall) will be a bonus
  • Ability and flexibility to work on a range of different business areas as a consultant across time zones in the APAC region
  • Project Management (planning & delivery) for new projects as well as for any enhancement projects to existing clients.

Candidate should possess following technical skills (any / all):
  • Financial Platform exp. (any): Reval, Murex, Calypso, WallStreet Systems, ION Trading, Treasury Risk platforms
  • Excel/VBA, SQL (views, joins, stored procedures, etc.), MS SQL Server, Oracle preferred
