Well known global Media and Retail brand with ANZ head office in Sydney is seeking an experienced Business Partner to join their People & Culture team, supporting own client group of 200 employees. Flexible working across 2 Sydney offices and at home. Your new role
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will be covering a 12 month parental leave contract. You will take on a busy and high performing client group across multiple sites in Australia in the retail space as well as support creative and corporate employees too. You will be part of a wider HR and Talent team in Sydney with a positive and hard working culture.
You will be responsible for all areas of day to day coaching which will include performance management, performance appraisals, talent development plans, talent management, ER and HR policy issues and compliance, delivery on any new projects across your client group. In addition you will advise on recruitment and onboarding, HR processes, legislation and HR contracts. There is a Talent Acquisition and L&D centre of excellent to support you too. What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR Business Partner, People & Culture Business Partner who has experience of managing your own client group. You will ideally have experience in working in a fast paced business, culture and environment before be that Retail, Hospitality, Media, Marketing, or Entertainment. You will enjoy hands on HR generalist work and be operationally focused but someone who can add strategic value to longer term business and culture goals. You will be immediately available or be able to start in January for a handover. What you'll get in return
You will have a 12 month contract offered along with the opportunity to develop and taken on more responsibility and project delivery during the 2 months. Salary is $120,000 - $140,000 base + super. Flexible working and lots of perks and benefits offered. Full time and can be based at home, in the offices and open on start and finish times.
