Your new role
Reporting to the Head of HR, and working as part of a wider HR Business Partnering team and supporting own client group of 400 employees across Sales, Marketing & Advertising. This is a superb role joining an innovative and collaborative team and business as they continue their transformation journey in 2021 and beyond. You will be a key HR generalist for the team and support employees and leaders in all areas of the employee life cycle and coaching, employee relations, performance management, reward & recognition, talent management, L&D, driving high performance. As well as supporting the delivery of interesting new change projects into your client groups.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR Business Partner or People & Culture Business Partner who has worked in a creative, media, TV , Advertising, innovative product/service business before be that ASX Listed or Global You must have experience of supporting a Sales & Marketing style client group and any exposure to advertising and sales incentives would be beneficial. You will ideally have worked in a team structure before and understand the nature of more complex bigger structures and be able to pivot and adapt depending on the challenge of the day

What you'll get in return
You will be offered a competitive salary of $110,000 - $120,000 base + super + bonus and there is great flexibility, WFH options.
