Your new role will include but will not be limited to:
- Entering data into spreadsheets
- Invoicing
- Timesheet processing
- Assisting with scheduling, correspondence and other tasks
- Handling queries
- Dealing with internal stakeholders
- Email and phone management
- Maintain documentation
Similar experience in a busy environment where you have taken ownership of administrative tasks would be a must. The ability to commit to school hours daily or 3 full days would be ideal.
