Operational Risk Reporting Manager
Join our Risk Management Group as a member of the Operational Risk Frameworks, Systems & Reporting team and take a lead role in undertaking operational risk reporting and continual improvement of the Operational Risk Management framework.
As a pivotal member of the team, you will work closely with our global risk community to identify operational risk insights, report emerging risk themes and form an independent view of our operational risk profile.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply your business, risk and controls experience to effect change in management and culture across the group, through the continual refinement and implementation of the framework.
You will be confident in your report writing and analytical skills, enabling you to form an independent view of the operational risk profile of Macquarie and its businesses. You will also be a confident communicator with the ability to initiate and lead conversations with business leaders and risk management colleagues and are keen to work in a tenacious, agile and high energy environment.
To this role, you will bring with you a strong background working in Operational Risk, Internal or External Audit or financial services, as well as a Tertiary degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance or related area. Relevant postgraduate degrees or professional qualifications (CA, CFA, CPA) would prove advantageous.
