Operational Risk Management - Develop your skills in our Front Office business

In joining our Operational Risk Management team, you'll be drawing on your experience in Audit, Operational Assurance and/or Operational Risk to develop a rewarding career within an inclusive and collaborative team. Our Business Operational Risk Management team plays a key role in continuously improving our processes, controls and operational risk awareness across our businesses globally. In this role, you will provide support in reporting and reviewing key risk indicators, assist with the delivery of regulatory requirements, help with monitoring situations and work with others to escalate issues as identified. It will be important that you have an analytical, problem-solving mindset, be able to help maintain reports and have the ability to build relationships with business stakeholders including the wider risk, compliance and legal teams. The role will require someone with the ability to get involved, hands on and be a "do-er".
To be considered, you will need to hold tertiary qualifications and have between 3 to 5 years' experience in an Audit or Operational Assurance role in Financial Markets including Operational Risk, Technology and/or Operations. Front office experience will be highly advantageous. Strong communication skills, good attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously as part of a team are essential.
