Marketing Technology & Digital Media Manager
We have an exciting new position for a Marketing Technology and Digital Media Manager. This is a newly created role, reporting to the Head of Marketing Technology and Digital Media. The role will be an integral part of team responsible for managing both Digital Media Buying and Marketing Technology (Website & App Analytics, Ad Serving, Website Optimisation, DMP and Tag Management technologies). The role provides an opportunity to work across a diverse range of initiatives. The responsibilities will be divided across the two parts of the team:

Marketing Technology responsibilities:

The role will be the central point of contact between the technical Marketing Technology team and the broader business. It will support the technical Marketing Technology team in implementing and managing a range of pieces of software. The role will also support the broader business in monitoring the performance of campaigns and audiences run, provide them with strategic recommendations, and also offering project management support.

Digital Media responsibilities:

The role will provide Campaign Management and executional support to the Digital Media team. You will be responsible for managing the reporting and analysis of Paid Media activity, relying significantly on the Marketing Technology you help implement. You will also be the lead in implementing and managing new and existing Advertising Technology.

Experience and Capabilities:
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, and experience using Adobe Target testing platform strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Data Management Platforms; Adobe Audience Manager, Salesforce Audience Studio, Oracle Bluekai.
  • Knowledge of Tag Manager Technologies; Ensighten, Adobe DTM or Launch, Tealium, GTM.
  • In depth experience with implementing Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics 360.
  • Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of implementing Marketing and/or Marketing Technology.
  • Experience with using Marketing Technology to gather data, analyse it, and develop actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Experience in converting business requirements into Marketing Technology Technical specification documents.
  • Process / Documentation skills - being able to write functional specification documents.
  • Experience in configuring and deploying website tagging and analytics tools.
  • Debugging experience - investigate, triage, and report on application bugs and performance issues.

  • Strong analytical skills, technical know-how and strategic thinking.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment of cross-functional and cross-vendor teams.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow projects through to completion.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Ability to work quickly and independently, under various degrees of oversight.

  • Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Marketing Technology Certifications looked upon favorably

Citi has entered into an agreement with NAB to acquire its consumer bank in Australia which includes residential mortgages, deposits, and unsecured lending.

The sale is expected to complete in March 2022. As this is a role to work in Citi's consumer bank, the successful candidate will initially be employed by Citi, but on sale completion, their employment will transfer to a NAB (or) a new entity that will employ Citi's consumer bank employees, prior to their transfer to NAB.
