To manage, implement and optimise the digital content strategy across Pengana’s client segments. Writing and repurposing content to attract, retain and deepen the relationship with our target clients and increase brand awareness. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, and the broader Distribution & Marketing team, in achieving the above. As part of a dynamic and growing business, you’ll work directly with Portfolio Managers and other senior members of the business. No recruiters please .

Responsibilities

Create and implement compelling content that engages Pengana’s target clients, repurposed across all suitable channels (organic and paid) which could include:

Website copy, including blogs and news articles
Case studies, whitepapers, and ebooks
SEM landing pages
eDMs
Video scripts
Social media posts and content
Remarketing/display content

Manage content/editorial calendar

Measure and optimise content across digital channels, demonstrating tangible results to the business and driving SEO/SEM

Develop content and campaigns in support of business goals

Develop and implement content for drip campaigns/lead nurture programs via our marketing automation platform

Performance Measures 

Total number of website visits per month

Engaged time on site

Number of leads generated from each piece of content

Conversion rates for call-to-action content

Lead-to-customer-conversion rate for each nurturing campaign, landing page or piece of content

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Minimum years experience in a digital/writing/content development role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to create engaging content across multiple platforms

Proven ability to repurpose and optimise content across digital channels

Experience with marketing automation applications

SEO/SEM

Great research and learning skills

Excellent eye for detail

Financial Services experience desirable

Qualifications, Licenses and Accreditations

Tertiary qualified in Marketing, Communications or Business related discipline
