With PwC, you'll help Australian businesses, not-for-profits and governments create value and improve the way they work. From digitising healthcare, to creating smarter cities and igniting Australia's start up industry, together we build trust in society and solve important problems.
The DDV (Delivering Deal Value) team comprises consultants with experience of strategy, operational improvement, integration and divestments. We act as a deal architect, to assist our clients to understand operational, financial and people implications across the deal lifecycle. In response to significant growth in the market, the team is expanding and with this comes the opportunity for accelerated career progression.
As a Manager in Delivering Deal Value your impact will be seen by:
- Providing clients with pre-deal due diligence advice on the current IT Operating Model, project spend and identify areas to be considered as part of the post-deal carve out or integration
- Providing strategic advice to help clients develop the optimal post transaction IT architecture, arising from the integration of entities or divestments
- Identifying cost benefit and implementation costs and transition risks
- Supporting the development of program and project plans to deliver transaction outcomes
You have a background in consulting services with an interest in advancing your career in M&A, supporting high profile and complex deals.
You're passionate about being on the forefront of change and ready to help our Deals, Strategy and Operations team transform how risk is perceived and capitalised on.
You're collaborative and enjoy working in an innovative environment. You're a problem solver by nature and want to join a firm that values the kind of people who reimagine the possible for their clients and stakeholders. Most importantly, you act with integrity and show care for the people you work with.
