Our Credit Operations function based at Rhodes; is currently looking for a vibrant individual with exceptional attention to detail. Ready for immediate start, this role includes general administration duties within the mortgage settlement processing team.

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that Security Packets are lodged to custody and Citi's registered interest on Title are affected accurately - along with general administration duties.

Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, along with strong attention to detail are required to succeed in this role.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Monitor security packet returns to custodian
  • Reconcile security packets
  • Complete MIS reporting
  • Complete title searches and validate information for accuracy
  • Conduct mortgage registration checks
  • Loan account remediation (as required)
  • Liaise with loan settlement agent for issues/clarification
  • Inbox and Workflow management
  • Other ad hoc tasks as directed by manager
  • Assist team members with overflow as required (loan documentation, validations etc.)


Key Skills and Experiences Required:
  • HSC or Equivalent
  • Finance/ accounting background preferable however not essential
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Work well under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate and interact with all levels of management
  • Ability to establish and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work unsupervised
