Position Summary:
•Experienced Lead Appian Developer with over 10 years of IT experience and 8.5 years of expertise in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale Appian applications and business process automation solutions.
•Strong proficiency in Appian BPM, Process Models, SAIL Interfaces, Records, Reports, Integrations, Web APIs, Smart Services, and Appian Sites.
•Extensive experience in application architecture, system integrations, data modeling, and enterprise workflow automation across Public Sector, Life Sciences, Banking, and Telecommunication domains.
•Hands-on experience with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, and PL/SQL.
•Strong knowledge of Appian deployment strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools including GitLab, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and GitHub.
•Proven experience leading development teams, mentoring junior developers, managing stakeholder interactions, and driving Agile project delivery.
•Skilled in production support, performance tuning, defect management, application upgrades, and deployment activities.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions and client satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Lead the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise Appian applications and workflow automation solutions.
•Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
•Design and develop Appian components including Process Models, Records, Reports, SAIL Interfaces, Rules, Integrations, and Sites.
•Implement integrations with external systems and databases while ensuring security, performance, and reliability.
•Provide code reviews, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
•Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, optimize application performance, and ensure platform stability.
•Support SIT, UAT, production releases, and post-deployment activities to ensure successful project delivery.
•Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
•Ensure adherence to Appian best practices, coding standards, and governance guidelines.
