Permanent opportunity for a L&D Manager within a Global Professional Services company
Your new company
A leading Professional Services organisation is seeking a passionate and engaging Learning & Development Manager to join their established HR Team.

Your new role
As L&D Manager you will be responsible for for the development, implementation, facilitation and reporting on organisational wide training. This will include:
  • Completing TNA to find gaps and opportunities for capability uplift
  • Developing training content for a range of stakeholders including Senior Leadership
  • Facilitation of training virtually and potentially face to face when restrictions ease- training will be a mixture of group training sessions and one-to-one coaching sessions
  • Develop training to drive a customer centric workforce
  • Compiling L&D reports and data metrics as required
  • Innovation and continuous improvement- providing ideas/recommendations on new technologies
What you'll need to succeed
  • It is essential you have worked as a L&D Manager previously ideally within Professional Services
  • Have a relevant tertiary qualification in HR related discipline
  • Ability to perform TNA for the organisation and creativity to develop engaging content on relevant training topics for a range of stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to design and deliver training to a variety of stakeholders at all levels within the organisation
  • Ideally have people management or mentoring experience
