About the work:

You will have the opportunity to solve challenging strategic issues whilst working directly with the most senior leaders in our company.

Key duties include:

  • Help shape and develop Corporate strategies and implementation plans 
  • Collect, analyse and draw insights from financial, operational and market (economic, market, competitor, client) data
  • Develop high quality deliverables and demonstrate structured communication
  • Build relationships and collaborate with senior stakeholders across the firm
  • Help manage diverse project teams, activities and drive outcomes 
  • Draw on Deloitte's global capabilities (e.g. Design, Digital, Data Analytics, Deloitte Access Economics, Technology), frameworks & methodologies

As a critical member of the strategy development team and will be involved in a range of Corporate and Business unit strategy projects including:
  • Business Model Transformation
  • Innovation
  • Portfolio strategy
  • M&A
  • Asia Pacific Strategy
  • Growth initiatives within the various Business Units

About you:

You will have consulting experience either from tier 1 or 2 consultancies, boutique strategy consulting firms, strategy practices within the Big 4, or an internal strategy function of a large corporate.

You'll also have:
  • Project experience across Corporate strategy development and execution planning
  • Strong consulting fundamentals including strategic problem solving, analytics and excel modelling, structured communication
  • A strong sense of ownership, accountability and drive to deliver quality outcomes
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills with demonstrated ability to build credibility with senior management on your own
