APRA is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Wellbeing & Inclusion Partner to join the Employment Relations and Wellbeing (ER&W) team within People & Culture.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, ER&W, the Wellbeing & Inclusion Partner will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategies, policies and procedures that have an organisation wide impact, specifically in relation to, wellbeing, inclusion and diversity.
This role will consult with business leaders and others across the People and Culture (P&C) team to seek feedback, provide advice and identify any new requirements. The role will also be responsible for making recommendations on decisions to be made and offering solutions to wellbeing, inclusion and diversity related issues affecting the organisation. This includes conducting research and making recommendations to the Senior Manager, ER, Wellbeing & Inclusion, the Head of Talent and the General Manager, P&C for presentation to the Executive team.
In this role you will
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience in inclusion and diversity with developed knowledge of diversity and inclusion practices, market insights, and trends. The knowledge and experience in driving cultural and behavioural change across areas of remit will be essential as will the ability to effectively negotiate with all levels of management ensuring the right organisational outcomes.
Excellent organisational and priority management skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure is required. You will have the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail including demonstrated experience in partnering and influencing at senior leadership level. Strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. A relevant tertiary qualifications, including Human Resources and/or Organisation Psychology, will be highly regarded.
