Head of Product, Experience Platform
Atlassian is continuing to hire for all open roles with all interviewing and on-boarding done virtually due to COVID-19. Everyone new to the team, along with our current staff, will temporarily work from home until it is safe to return to our offices.

As the Head of Product for Experience Platform, on our Cloud Platform team, you will be responsible for defining the teamwork collaboration experience across all of our Cloud products. Using your deep understanding of Atlassian's diverse customers, product portfolio, and business opportunities, you will build the foundation that powers all of our cloud products.

Heading the product team for Experience Platform at Atlassian, you will lead a passionate team of world-class managers in planning, driving and executing on shared experiences across all new and existing Atlassian products. You will inspire and energize teams across Atlassian to define the vision, evaluate market opportunities, analyze industry trends as well as customer needs, and prioritize features and improvements. You will partner with engineering and design to form a triad to encourage and lead your team to success.

You will deliver highly strategic and distinctive experiences to customers and set the example for all product managers at Atlassian. Your work will impact millions of users and thousands of companies for decades to come.
On your first day, we'll expect you to have:
  • A proven track record for executing strategies that create real business and customer value in fast-growth or large-scale companies.
  • Analytical abilities to qualitatively and qualitatively understand sophisticated problems. You can gather, prioritize and translate customer and business requirements into successful product strategies.
  • Influential leadership and interpersonal skills that enable you to communicate and manage relationships across the organisation - from customers, your reports, developers, to senior executives.
  • A relentless customer obsession to ensure their needs are being met.
  • Experience with defining and measuring key business and usage success metrics.
  • A passion for raising the bar and continuously driving best practices throughout the company. You should lead by example.
It would be great if you have experience in one or more of these areas:
  • A demonstrated technical background
  • Experience leading a platform team
  • Experience building enterprise collaboration tools
