Your new company
Opportunity to work for a highly reputable organisation as their HR Manager. Joining a warm, supportive and highly experienced Head of HR, you will support the continued growth of the organisation.

Your new role
Reporting to the Head of HR you will lead a team of two and be responsible for both blue and white collar employees across ANZ. You will be hands on and able to alternate from operations to strategy with ease. This will include:
  • Recruitment and selection, talent management and succession planning
  • Employee relations including performance management, terminations and disputes
  • Employee engagement and driving an engaged workforce focusing on employee wellbeing
  • Managing a team of two providing support and coaching to develop
  • Remuneration and benefits including working collaboratively with the Payroll Manager
  • L&D- partnering with the business to enable you to recommend training content and support the development of training plans
  • WHS and reporting
What you'll need to succeed
  • Tertiary qualification in a HR or related discipline
  • Minimum six years in HR and previous experience leading a team
  • Knowledge of relevant employment legislation
  • Ability to build trusted relationships at all levels across the organisation
  • Have strong communication, delivery and influencing skills
  • Be passionate, motivated and able to drive and inspire a team
