New HR Consultant role working for an HR Consultancy firm in Sydney. This would be ideal for an up and coming HRBP who would like to develop their skills in consulting and working in partnership with variety of businesses and clients. This role is part of a wider HR team, and is a client facing role supporting Sydney based SMEs and small businesses in all areas of HR advice and support.
What you'll need to succeed
- You will also provide coaching and in house HR project delivery which could include restructure, ER issues, workplace investigations, advising on fairwork
- Recruitment, HR contracts, HR policy development, remuneration and bench-marking; L&D; modern award advice and interpretation; start HR processes; helping design a flexibility program and look at recruitment and talent attraction strategies.
- The role will be so varied and interesting and you will be surrounded by fellow HR practitioners as your peers and colleagues.
- Working across Sydney metro partnering wit SME, smaller businesses with direct access to the SLT and need really knowledgeable HR Generalist who enjoy variety and pace.
You will be an experienced Senior HR Advisor, up and coming HR Business Partner who is seeking a new career route, development and somewhere you can excel and develop Your business acumen and commerciality. You will have experience of award interpretation and be across fairwork act, indepth employment legislation issues and can advise on a variety Of modern awards, complex HR queries and workplace investigations. You will be passionate about people and enjoy interacting with different clients and business leaders and employees every day. This is a superb career move for someone who is looking to develop further as an HR professional surrounded by an HR community within your own business. There is fully flexible working with WFH and remote working and when life is back to some form of normal there will be visits to client offices in the Sydney Metro area. The salary is 100 - 115K base + super with potential for bonus. This is a full time permanent role and is not an offering for an HR consulting contractor as keen to have someone As part of the formal workforce. Sydney CBD offices.
When life gets back to COVID safe and normality the role will also include visiting clients and working on site with them on HR projects - this will be in the Sydney metro area only and only Happen once things reopen and there are safe protocols in place.
