HR Business Partner
Your new company
We are exclusively partnering with a leading Financial Services business based in Western Sydney. The business is global and has had an exceptional financial performance despite a challenging market. This is an SME sized business.

Your new role
A true HR Business Partnering role with a generalist remit. Through partnership with the Managers, drive the HR agenda to support the core operational needs of the business through workforce planning initiatives. Provide expert technical advice to all business units on matters relating to their people, performance and development. Provide coaching, support and guidance to Managers on the people agenda and related matters. Operationally support business units with their annual engagement surveys and relevant actions and outputs.

You will also be responsible for your client group across:
- Talent Management
- Training & Development
- Health & Safety
- Performance Management
- Policy Development & Review
- Employee Relations
- Remuneration & Benefits

What you'll need to succeed
Worked in a similar level of responsibility as a HR Generalist before. Professional services
