The opportunity

We are looking for a document specialist who has proven experience in workflow coordination. The Service Delivery Lead is a document specialist who will perform a dual role undertaking formatting and branding of document requests while being responsible for workflow coordination, stakeholder management and supporting the manager in the effective day to day operations of the team.

This role sits within our Centre of Document Excellence (CoDE) team which is a shared services environment. The CoDE team receives requests from across the business via a shared mailbox and are responsible for prioritising these requests and delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders. Whilst this is a fast paced and high-volume environment, where the ability to multi task is key to success, you will be joining a supportive and high performing team which is highly valued across EY.

Your key responsibilities
  • Primary workflow coordinator assessing work request requirements, negotiating deadlines, ensuring effective workflow management and being an advocate of team processes
  • Lead workflow contact coordinating queue managers
  • Effectively managing and processing the editing, formatting and completion of documents requested by EY clients
  • Acting in an advisory capacity to the business/EY clients on specialist document services
  • Facilitating technical guidance, training and technical development regarding document services
  • Supporting team leader in resolving customer queries/complaints
  • Supporting team leader with maintenance of team reference materials, template updates and process improvements
Skills and attributes for success
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience within a professional services firm environment
  • Advanced skills/knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of styles, master pages, templates, toolbars, line spacing and organisation-standard formatting
  • Proven experience in negotiating timeframes for completion of work requests
  • Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, train and develop others
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficient in applying existing standards to new documents
  • Ability to identify, resolve and overcome obstacles/problems, applying problem solving techniques
Ideally, you'll also
  • Possess Audio typing skills
  • Have knowledge of Acrobat Professional
  • Demonstrate a quality driven approach, consistently aiming for high standards
  • Show Initiative and willingness to learn
