In this dynamic role, you will manage and be accountable for the highest standard of engagement across multiple projects on the account. You will manage the engagement from client location and serve as main point for all engagement related matters. In this role, you orchestrates delivery for the account and act as a single point of contact for delivery discussions. Works "2 in a box" with CP (Client Partner) to support client relationships (especially escalations and SLAs) DELIVERY EXCELLENCE
- Decide on 'Cost of Delivery' for clients, establishes budgets, success metrics and transformation roadmaps, engages client stakeholders for delivery reviews/issues
- Co-own, along with CPs: reporting requirements related to projects, margin maintenance, revenue growth, NPS score, designing Profitability Enhancement Program and tracking, claiming change requests
- As the Delivery Leader, you hold veto rights to escalate: Technical solution, Service line leads participation in Solutioning process, effort estimation and staffing, negotiation and finalization of contractual terms related to delivery, approval/rejection of SOs that impact margin, practice cost split of delivery targets within accounts, pyramid targets to accounts, Sub-contractor numbers (along with practice COO) vs. targets
TRANSFORMATION & INNOVATION
- Initiate regular connect with client VP, CIO and/or CTO to ensure engagement objectives are in continuous alignment with the evolving business direction
- Assist the Client Service Executive and/or the Client Partner to identifying and capture new organic/adjacent opportunities within the account
- Be aware of how strategies and tactics work in the client's business environment, with knowledge of Cognizant's competitors
- Prepare an innovation roadmap jointly with the Client Partner and the client
- Drive innovation initiatives, leveraging the wider Cognizant network, including hackathons, design thinking workshops, and prototyping.
