In this role you can lead, develop and deliver analytics assets end to end, which includes stakeholder management, project management, hands-on work, managing and supervision of other team members and developing / upskilling team members as appropriate.
Analytics assets will vary from interactive dashboards, scorecards, segmentation to deep learning data science models. You can work with relevant teams to automate or industrialise where appropriate.
You'll bring with you, a prior education in Statistics, Engineering, Maths, Computer Science, Finance, Marketing, Economics or another relevant quantitative discipline and ideally have experience working in an analytics capability.
You will need to be business focused and enjoy building rapport with a wide range of stakeholders from across the organisation. The role will give you the opportunity to work and learn from an established team where you will work collaboratively to find solutions and provide optimal results for the business. As such, you will need to be able to communicate these to the business in both a technical and non-technical way.
The role will give you the opportunity to show your experience in using several data analysis tools such as SQL/Hive, Alteryx; scripting languages such as SQL, R, S-Plus, VBA, SAS, Python and experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI and so on.
You will also bring prior experience in big data infrastructures and technologies like Hadoop, Hive, Pig, Spark and can help structure data to support analytics as well creating business transformation layers are important.
