Your new role
As a Customer Service Representative, your role will be to make an lasting impression with customers through smooth delivering of impeccable phone-based service. They want you to build rapport with customers, having friendly conversations and ensuring compliance standards are always maintained. Some key responsibilities will be:
  • Providing fantastic phone-based service to customers, ensuring you are building relationships and not having monotonous conversations.
  • Follow strict banking and compliance standards during every call to ensure the safety of the customer and the bank
  • Following contact centre KPIs, including service delivery and quality of calls (such as NPS scores)
What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous experience working in a customer service environment, ideally contact centre. Experience within retail or hospitality is also highly regarded
  • The ability to show demonstrated capabilities building rapport with customers, this is more than simply follow scripts and getting to the point of the call. They want to ensure a superior level of service is provided to every customer
  • A can-do attitude with lots of drive. You need to display enthusiasm for training and understanding the general banking products, processes and guidelines
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to understand banking processes and procedures and be able to explain these to the customer

  • This role will work on a rotating roster to cover the call centre operating hours. Whilst the core hours of this role are 8.00am - 8.00pm Monday - Friday, you may be required to work afternoon/night and weekend shifts on a rotational roster.
