Customer Onboarding Associate
Your new company

Our client is an Australian owned SaaS start-up which provide restaurants, cafes and bars with the tools they need to build beautiful online menus and collect customer orders from their own website or a branded mobile app. This gives them the capacity to create their own venue experience, own their data, and more importantly, to keep their customers coming back! Their recent round of funding has pushed the company into a growth phase, which has led to an opportunity for a Customer Onboarding Associate to join their organisation.

Your new role

You will be responsible for helping our venue partners in the onboarding
process, venue training, and being their first line of contact.
  • Working alongside clients and the build team to get venues onboarded and operating confidently while sharing insights for improvement and best practices.
  • Responsible for ensuring that hospitality partners receive an incredible experience.
  • Making sure venue partners understand how integrations and their back office operate, and that they are comfortable and confident in managing their own back office upon onboarding completion.
  • Problem solving and documenting new findings for the build and development team to learn from.
  • Promoting the company's solutions and assisting other team members in closing sales opportunities where required.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Excellent verbal communicator
  • Hospitality industry experience is desirable but not essential
  • Persuasive. B2B sales experience is desirable
  • Problem-solving and ability to understand complex systems
  • A love for learning, ability to learn fast and support others
  • Organisation & time management

You will be joining a market leading technology service provider who put strong emphasis on training, development, and career progression. You will have the opportunity to work with large clients and new projects, with all the support, training and development you need to be successful, package includes a base salary of $60,000 - 65,000 + Super + Car Allowance.
