Your new roleThis is a highly autonomous, performance-driven role where you will manage your own portfolio and work directly with customers to secure positive financial outcomes.You will engage customers face-to-face and over the phone, using your influencing and negotiation skills to agree on realistic, sustainable repayment solutions.
Key responsibilities include:

Meeting customers in person and driving outcomes through effective conversations

Negotiating tailored payment plans based on individual customer circumstances

Securing repayments and managing ongoing payment arrangements

Building rapport and influencing customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes

Managing your own pipeline and consistently working towards targets and KPIs

Monitoring payment plans and proactively following up to ensure commitments are met

Maintaining accurate records and adhering to compliance requirements

Managing your own diary, schedule, and travel

Travelling interstate (approximately one week every five weeks)

Strong communication and influencing skills

Proven experience working towards targets, KPIs, or commission structures

Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-led environment

Essential requirements:

Full Australian Driver's Licence

Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency

Willingness to travel interstate (approximately one week per month, fully paid)

Ability to pass background checks
