An exciting opportunity to join a national cleaning services company.

Your new role
  • Create new contracts in the system
  • Maintain up-to-date contact information to allocated contract portfolios
  • Process Contract variations to allocated contract portfolios- adjust budget rosters and billings
  • Make sure accurate monthly invoices of allocated contract portfolios are delivered on time
  • Complete any contractual requirements from Client i.e., update information, upload insurance copies through client's portal.
  • Assist in credit card reconciliation and employee reimbursement
  • Assist in Ad-hoc invoicing and Store Order recharging
What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor degree or higher required- major in accounting, finance or legal preferred
  • Advanced MS Office software skills required- especially Excel and Outlook
  • Previous experience in office environment preferred but not essential
  • Previously exposure to ERP systems preferred but not essential
  • High attention to details required
  • Ability to handle multitask and prioritise required
