We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to join a large enterprise environment undergoing significant workforce, organisational and people transformation. Working within a collaborative HR project portfolio, you will play a key role in delivering enterprise-wide change initiatives that impact employees, leaders and business functions across the organisation.This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Change Manager who enjoys working across multiple projects, partnering with senior stakeholders and driving people-focused change outcomes.
Your new role
As Change Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end change activities across a portfolio of HR and workforce-related initiatives. You will work closely with project teams, business leaders, HR stakeholders and technology teams to ensure successful adoption and embedment of change.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading change management activities across organisational and workforce transformation programmes.
- Conducting change impact assessments and readiness assessments.
- Developing and executing change management and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Supporting communications, adoption and change embedment activities.
- Facilitating stakeholder workshops and engagement forums.
- Partnering with HR, business and technology teams to drive successful change outcomes.
- Identifying and managing change risks and resistance.
- Measuring adoption, change effectiveness and business readiness.
- Supporting multiple initiatives across workforce, organisational and people-focused programmes.
- Experience within insurance, banking or financial services environments.
- Exposure to organisational design, operating model change or future workforce initiatives.
- Experience supporting HRIS, payroll, talent, recruitment or workforce transformation programmes.
