Change Manager | Part-Time Contract | Energy Sector

We're partnering with a leading organisation in the energy sector to engage an experienced Change Manager for a major enterprise technology transformation program.

This role will support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA upgrade and integration platform migration, with a focus on change impacts across IT operations, service management, support teams, and key business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver change strategies and plans
• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
• Deliver targeted communications throughout testing, cutover, and deployment
• Support training, knowledge transfer, and business readiness activities
• Assess operational readiness for Day 1 and post-go-live support

About you:

• Proven experience delivering change on SAP, infrastructure, or technical transformation programs
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience working with IT operations, service desk, or technology teams
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced project environment

Contract Details:

• Contract through to November 2026
• Approx. 2.5 days per week
• Sydney-based hybrid working arrangement
