We're partnering with a leading financial services organisation to appoint two Change Analysts to support a growing portfolio of regulatory and operational transformation initiatives across their Consumer business.
Your new role
Working as part of an established Change team, you'll support programs across Home Claims, Motor Claims, Regulatory Enablement and Customer Complaints. You'll work closely with Change Managers and business stakeholders to assess change impacts, support engagement activities, develop communications and training materials, and help drive successful adoption across frontline teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team working on initiatives that improve customer outcomes, claims processes, regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a Change Analyst role, ideally in Financial Services
- Strong understanding of the Regulatory Environment.
- Insurance experience highly regarded
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Positive, adaptable and collaborative approach
- 6-month contract
- Day rate: $750 + super
- Location: Sydney or Brisbane
- Hybrid working arrangements (2-3 days in office)
- Be part of a supportive team and contribute to meaningful transformation initiatives
