CIB - Operations -Transfer Agency Oversight Team Member

The Operational Service Delivery team isresponsible for managing operational delivery to the SLA, including querymanagement, and day to day client and vendor management. The key driver isto improve the service level provided to the client by ensuring alldeliverables are within the Service Level Agreements set, client communicationsare enhanced and that all issues are resolved and closed out to the clientssatisfaction.

Yourresponsibilities will include:

  • Manage the daily deliverables of ourexternal transfer agency vendor
  • Being the first point of escalation for clientsand internal operations teams
  • Taking ownership of the issue raised; assess, coordinateand manage with the assistance of the vendor and relevant internal teams
  • Ensure that service delivery standards are inalignment with the terms of the service level agreement between J.P. Morgan andthe client
  • Work closely with Senior Management to achieveteam and site wide goals and objectives
  • Conduct analysis of query trends, root causeanalysis and deep dives to improve client experience and remove operationalroadblocks

To besuccessful you will need:
  • Minimum 5 years relevant industry experience inthe financial services sector
  • Relevant knowledge and experience in conjunctionwith related business degree, or industry recognized training (CPA, ACCA, SIA,AFSA).
  • Demonstrated experience and exposure to transferagency as a product with excellent working knowledge of the operation flows
  • Demonstrated experience in and exposure to investmentadministration products including Portfolio Accounting, Unit Pricing, FinancialAccounting
  • Strong team player
  • Strong influencing, negotiation and presentation skillsalong with excellent communication skills
We expect this role to pay an annual base salarybetween AUD$85,000 to AUD$100,000.
