We are currently seeking a Desktop Publishing Specialist tojoin our pitch and presentation support team who provide a dedicated service toensure documents/presentations are highly professional, accurate and present aconsistent J.P. Morgan format globally. You will be responsible for creating pitches, document and graphics in afast paced environment where customer service and attention to detail is vital.

Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Accurately creating or enhancing client pitch books and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite and in-house software, within the allocated timeframe in line with specific formatting and layout standards
    • Advisingbankers on layout, colours and design of pitch books and best output for print
    • Overseeingany discrepancies or areas of ambiguity in client data and seek appropriateguidance as directed (contact banker, front desk etc.)
    • Someadvanced graphics/design work (such as client covers, client templates,e-invites, posters, etc.)
    • Utilizinginternal workflow processing tool - locally, regionally and globally
    • Participatingin global initiatives such as document audit process, systems testing, etc. andadhere to department and company procedures and policies
    • Workingwith global offshore teams and providing support as needed

    To be successful, you willneed:

    • Advancedknowledge of MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
    • Provenexperience in desktop publishing, word processing, document formatting isessential
    • Workingknowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Adobe CC software (InDesign, Photoshop,Illustrator)
    • Exceptionalattention to detail with solid written and verbally communications skills andthe ability to articulate succinctly
    • Can doattitude, Strong time management skills and proven ability to effectively producework and prioritise workload and meet demands in a high pressurized environment
    • Exceptionalclient focus and commitment to continuously improving client satisfaction andquality, productivity and timeliness of all GCFO services as well as his/her ownwork
    • Provenability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and colleagues
