The Role:

Working with technical and product teams to deliver industry leading features to our customers and collaborating with other non-technical teams to improve internal tools. You will be responsible for the formation and ongoing building of the back-end team and developing brand new products from scratch. Following technology trends, researching new technologies and tackling technical challenges.

Role Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related fields
  • 6+ years of experience in back-end development, Python core knowledge, (Flask/Django)
  • Familiar with any kind of database MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.
  • Familiarity with front-end JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, etc.
  • Strong experience in developing low-latency, GC-free, large scaled systems
  • Solid experience in optimizing applications for performance and resilience in failover
  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of design principles, design patterns, and automated testing best practices
  • Prior experience with building high performance trading system highly desirable
  • Prior experience with microservices, event sourcing based architecture highly desirable
  • Experience in Real Time Risk Management / Margin Calculation
  • Strong understanding of modern development methodology, such as Agile and Scrum
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal skills, approachable and collaborative attitude
  • Good programming habits and code style, with the habit of writing automated test cases.
