Our Debt and Capital Advisory (DCA) team is built around a core group of highly experienced bankers focused on helping clients grow by providing clear, practical and independent advice and assistance on all aspects of their capital and financing requirements. DCA's client focus is on four key pillars; Investment Grade, Leverage Finance & Structured Lending, Securitisation and Infrastructure & Project Finance.
About The Role
Due to strong growth in the Sydney market, we are seeking to hire two senior debt capital markets professionals at the Director or Managing Director levels to lead the DCA business in Sydney. We are specifically looking for experienced professionals in the areas of Leverage Finance & Structured Lending and Investment Grade credit. Excellent personal relationship building and leadership skills will be required in order to lead the team and represent DCA both internally and externally. You will work in a tight knit team of Debt & Capital Advisory specialists focused on the delivery of independent debt and capital management advice, involving the structuring and procurement of debt and capital instruments for Australian and international borrowers. Key attributes and responsibilities:
- Strong business network in the Sydney market covering clients and financing providers
- Proven deal originator
- Strong technical skills to lead the team to successfully execute on engagements
- Ability to work on a diverse range of financial advisory engagements, encompassing various debt and capital markets products and capital structure advice
- Proven team player and strong interpersonal skills, work collaboratively across PwC
- Ability to manage work pipelines
