As a Growth Team member you will be passionate about understanding business and will be someone who takes a long-term view on their career, relishing building a deep understanding of what makes a great growth business. You will likely have gained 3-6 years experience in either investment banking, top tier management consulting, principal investing or in a corporate strategy role. Time spent working or studying in the US will be viewed favourably. Critical to your success will be an unwavering passion and commitment to understand what makes a great business. You will display first class written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to present to, and build successful working relationships with, a wide variety of stakeholders. You will have a humble, growth mindset, will be courageous, decisive, empathetic, reliable and will have a willingness to be vulnerable and embrace feedback from others as you seek to grow and develop your career. Your capability to add value to existing portfolio companies as well as nurture new investment opportunities will add significant value to TDM as they continue to scale in the years to come, and you will have the capability and opportunity to add value across all aspects of the business beyond just the Growth Team.
