Assistant Acquisition Strategy Manager
The Assistant Acquisition Strategy Manager for Citi Credit Cards will support the Acquisition team in developing and implementing strategies, plans and campaigns to maximise the acquisition of profitable Credit Card and Consumer Loans customers. The candidate will also develop a deep understanding of Credit Cards & loans market, financials and competitive landscape as part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customer segments, acquisition plans and targeted campaigns to optimize customer acquisition and growth
  • Gain an in depth understanding of acquisition channels and the competitive landscape to create a best in class customer proposition
  • Develop new acquisition channels leveraging Citi's capabilities and brand affinity
  • Achieve new to bank and cross-sell account targets utilising multiple acquisition marketing channels
  • Conduct Customer research and use the insights to develop market leading on boarding experience for the new customers.
  • Manage campaign offer fulfillment, including set-up, testing and implementation
  • Work closely with key stakeholders such as Digital, Compliance, Telesales, Product and Brand to ensure marketing campaigns are delivered within agreed timelines
  • Develop detailed plans for successful launch of campaign activity
  • Work closely with analytics function to develop campaign tracking, analysis and knowledge transfer the learnings for future campaigns
  • Maintain, update and distribute all campaign and acquisition reporting
  • Own and manage channel processes and procedures, ensuring they are compliant to Citi standards
  • Support the team in other projects/activities as and when required including key project work for new technology enhancements

Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years in Marketing; experience in banking or telco considered a plus
  • Strong background in direct response and digital marketing, with experience in branch or retail distribution considered a plus
  • Highly analytical and strong understanding of campaign analytics
  • Excellent MS Office Skills
