How will I help?
As an Analyst, Controls and Governance you will conduct data analytics to provide insights on
controls, issues, and incidents to assist our Consumer division in appropriate risk management. You
will also assist, manage, and coordinate Consumer remediation initiatives, control improvement and
control assessment initiatives whilst building and maintaining strong and trusted relationships with
Your key responsibilities will include monitoring the governance of Consumer controls and issues, ensuring accuracy and alignment, performing targeted reviews, managing and coordinating Incident Loss Data (ILD) reconciliation whilst proactively working with team members to identify industry trends and best practice in risk appetite, frameworks and governance.
