Team Overview: 
The Client Capital Group is the team responsible for all capital raising and marketing activities for all LaSalle products globally. The team has 36 professionals located in 10 offices worldwide, including 5 offices in Asia Pacific.  LaSalle products include both private real estate as well as public securities investment programmes.

This role will support the marketing of LaSalle Investment Management, its products and services and the development of new business, together with providing information and support to existing and prospective client in Australia and New Zealand.


ROLE SUMMARY

The Analyst will work closely and under the supervision of the Client Executive responsible to develop and manage relationships with institutional investor prospects and clients across Australia and New Zealand.  The analyst will coordinate, develop, create and deliver marketing materials and documentation in relation to the firm’s real estate products, investment ideas and services. The role will include also responsibility of meeting coordination as well collection and provision of investor feedback to relevant internal stakeholders to assist with the capital raising for existing funds and development of new products.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Provide continuous support to current and prospective clients to understand and appreciate the firm’s real estate research, strategy and investment ideas

• Work with the Client Executive to:
- prepare and maintain high quality credentials presentations
- co-ordinate formal investor communications
- analyse and present overarching themes from the A&NZ investor base
- co-ordinate presentation of marketing material
- manage the marketing budget and assist with marketing initiatives
- coordinate due diligence sessions with investors and follow-up requests
- review and sign off on product pitch materials including regulatory sign off
- support in the organization of annual investment strategy meeting
- gather and disseminate feedback from A&NZ investors to relevant firm stakeholders

• Work closely with respective internal and external teams to:
- prepare and coordinate responses to proposal (RFPs) from prospective clients
- prepare customised pitch materials and investors’ presentation
- maintain and populate relevant client information and feedback in LaSalle CRM system
- assist with managing capital raising processes including tracking prospects
- assist and coordinate investor roadshows for different funds and products
- assist with new product development including development of new business ideas
- assist with completion of select product surveys
- link with Client Capital Group analysts in our other offices regarding best practices, information processes, etc.
- complete of minutes for all private equity fund products and new business related conference calls
- assessing capital interest, research and financial analysis; and
- assist with public relations initiatives.
 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Experience & Requirements

• University degree in finance, economics or real estate from leading universities
• Experience in an investment bank or capital advisory / raising role will be a strong advantage
• 1-2+ years’ work experience. Fresh graduate with impressive academic records and internship experience will also be considered
• Relevant experience from financial services, consulting or private equity firms preferred
