The Opportunity

An exciting vacancy has become available for a talented and highly organised individual to join our high performing People Risk team in Sydney. You will be responsible for providing daily administrative support to ensure the Leadership team and consultants can operate as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Providing day to day administration support to the People Risk team
  • Management of key reporting procedures, systems and outcomes
    Assisting with the implementation of new processes and compliance within the team
  • Assisting with onboarding support for new employees
  • Ad hoc project and team assistance tasks
  • Time recording entry and approvals
  • Slide deck and report preparation

About You:
  • Demonstrated experience within a similar administrative role
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively with others
Insurance experience, although advantageous, is not required for this role. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to join the team, and your dedication and passion for providing support will ensure your success in this role.
