Full Time Office All Rounder based in Crows Nest , $55k - $65k + super (Depending on experience)

Your new role
As an Administration Officer your role will be very varied and the duties undertaken will provide you with that variety and fulfillment that everyone searches for.

Some day to day duties are as follows:
Inbound/Outbound calls and emails
Mange the Reception desk
Help manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
End to End event planning (including travel coordination)
Assisting the Executive Assistant with admin tasks for the CEO
Maintaining and managing the main office and dealing with a range of confidential tasks/documents
General Adhoc Admin tasks as and when required

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to be a "Go getter" who enjoys taking on responsibilities and isn't afraid to get stuck into new tasks around the office. Main systems used are MS Office 365 so having an advanced or intermediate skill level with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook will be advantageous.

Ability to manage time effectively
Be team focused but also the ability to work independently
Ability to liaise with all levels of stakeholders, clients and customers
Have a strong willingness to learn and grow in the role
