Administrator Job , Customer Service , North Sydney Your new company

Your new role
Your new role will see you support the team to deliver exceptional customer experience and communication.

Duties will include:
  • Scheduling work for technicians
  • General Administration associated with managing schedules of jobs
  • Client communication and providing exceptional customer service
  • Managing work orders and workflow
  • Assisting the Operations Manager with compliance requirements if the business
  • Provide accurate reports
  • Manage the teams email and communications
  • Other adhoc Admin duties as required
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to be confident in your customer service skills, have good administration and communications kills and be able to adapt to different levels of stakeholders and clients.
